It really affected me emotionally because I could hear the pain and anguish in their voices when they asked these questions. I could see the pain and disbelief in their eyes over their inability to get pregnant despite months and some even after years of trying.
As a result, I was determined to find out every cause of infertility and what possible treatments were available, preferably those that were natural, since most couples cannot afford the expensive medical procedures to try to combat infertility, nor did I know of anyone who was eager to go see their physician or an infertility specialist and reveal that they were having trouble becoming pregnant. Certainly, being implanted with an embryo in a doctor’s office was not the idea that most couples had in mind when conceiving their baby.
I attended many courses on preconception that were conducted by reputable doctors. I interviewed pregnant couples (mostly my patients) who were able to become pregnant after suffering through long periods of infertility, along with fertility specialists and medical experts, to gain as much insight as I could into all of the factors that cause infertility and what could be done naturally in order to overcome them.
Over a 6-year period, I documented every natural infertility treatment and method that I learned about and had my clients who could not get pregnant try them to see how effective they would be in resolving their infertility issues.

Being that infertility is such a widespread problem in our world today, there is a growing demand for solutions to this problem. As a result, I’ve seen many different pregnancy systems that promise to make you fertile within a certain amount of time.
My friend, before you select the system to follow, let me warn you that:
1) NO method is 99-100% effective, not even treatments that you can get from your doctor or infertility specialist. Therefore, think about it carefully before deciding to splash your money what the system claims to be a "miracle". If ANY method claims to have a 99-100% rate of you conceiving, you know that the method is a scam.
2) Many of these systems focus on “ancient methods,” “Chinese systems,” the concepts of “Yin” and “Yang” and the use of acupuncture which are NOT proven to work. In addition, they are difficult to implement, as many Westerners have a difficult time understanding the concepts of Yin and Yang in order to implement these systems effectively. As was mentioned before, these systems are unproven, so their chances of being effective in eliminating your infertility, even when you have done everything correctly according to the system, are uncertain.

During my time as a mid-wife, I met with many women who wanted to become pregnant, but for various reasons, could not do so. One woman’s story, in particular, stands out to me.
Her name was Jill and she and her husband had been trying to become pregnant for the last 10 years. She had been diagnosed with having PCOS, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, which involved having many small cysts on her ovaries.
